• Full Year (September through June): $25.00 (no tax required)
• Half Year (February through June): $13.00 (no tax required)
Payment Options:
• In Person - By attending one of our free meetings and asking for our
Membership Coordinator. Cash or cheque only. Credit and debit card payment is
not accepted.
• By Mail - Please make cheque payable to “Fibromyalgia Society of Edmonton and
Area” and mail to our address. Be sure to include your mailing address.
